We recently introduced a Hookmark badge, which attaches to the current window.
This is useful when onboarding because Hookmark’s context window is otherwise available only from a keyboard shortcut or through the menu bar window. Without the badge, some new users might be confused about how to get to the Context window. The badge is an indication that Hookmark commands are at your finger tips.
We didn’t include all the commands in the badge, only the most common ones:
If you hide the badge, you can re-display it through Hookmark’s General Settings tab.
Even experienced users might like the badge because it’s more compact than the Context window, and almost always visible.
