We have pro-actively resent license keys for purchases that happened in the small window of time between the server issue arising and when we temporarily closed the store front (which is now open again).

Yesterday’s late afternoon / early evening’s major update to our server’s operating system required multiple adaptations of our internal and external web and IT services

Hook’s license activation service is temporarily down. This is an unexpected side effect of a significant upgrade of our servers by our hosting service (DreamHost). We are working on this issue.
This means that attempting to activate or verify a license during updates can fail and be interpreted as an invalid license.
After this server issue is resolved, we will revisit the license activation process to minimize the risk of such disruptions.
